Howdy, folks. Welcome to Cook. Eat. Sleep. Repeat. I’m Phillip Wiglesworth, Army veteran, father of three, and the brains behind this operation.
My goal in starting this blog is to share recipes and cooking tips I’ve accumulated over years of experimenting with different meats, vegetables, and spices. Those of you who read this blog will (I hope) learn how to experiment comfortably with your own cooking, own your skills, and handle food like a pro.
Along with recipes, tips, and tricks, I will also sometimes share my memories of life in the military, and tell the world what it’s like being the father of three girls (I know – yikes).
When I’ll post
As of this posting, you can expect me to post two to three times a month. I can’t promise I will always meet this requirement (being a Dad obviously takes top priority). But if you subscribe to the blog, you’ll always receive an email when something new pops up.
How to engage
This blog is not a one-way street. I urge all of you to engage with the recipes and other posts, and share your cooking experiences with each other. You are free to disagree with anything I post. Your involvement and feedback are both appreciated and encouraged. However, please keep things civil. We are here to learn from one another, not cause drama.
